Led a team of 5~8 people to help create a convention theme based on medieval themed TTRPGs.
Duties included theme direction, podcast creation, artwork creation, artwork acquisition, sourcing merchandize suppliers, merchandize designing, managing merchandise production, and provided style guides to be used by other collaborators for the creation of illustrated stories in a campaign setting book.
